Senior Sales Rep – Superficial Venous Interventions, SVI

Job Description

Join Medtronic as a Senior Sales Representative and drive sales growth for Superficial Venous Interventions. Develop and execute sales plans, prospect for new clients (General/Vascular Surgeons, Interventional Radiologists, Interventional Cardiologists and other MDs treating venous disease), and identify opportunities to expand our customer base. Train medical staff on our innovative products and procedures. Manage expenses efficiently and adhere to company policies. Promote the adoption of VenaSeal and Closure System product portfolio across the continuum of care for venous disease. Influence key decision-makers to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years of B2B sales or healthcare sales experience. 2. Experience in medical devices, capital equipment sales, surgical sales and/or pharmaceuticals. 3. Degree in biological science or business preferred. 4. Ability to meet hospital vendor compliance requirements. 5. Knowledge of operating room, hospital, and physician’s office protocol. 6. Ability to educate medical personnel, peers, and technical support personnel. 7. Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive results. 8. Strong presentation and business planning skills. 9. Computer literate. 10. Ability to use technology and applications (iPAD, SalesForce.com). 11. Willingness to travel; overnight travel may be required. 12. Top 10% past performance (President’s Club or equivalent).
