Senior Sales Operations Analyst
Job Description
Assume complete responsibility for project-level tasks, empowering the Enterprise Sales team to dedicate more time to client engagement. Collaborate closely with Sales Operations leadership and Account Executives to enhance the intake and prioritization process for sales requests, streamlining the pipeline. Identify challenges faced by Enterprise sellers and propose effective solutions to improve their daily performance. Act as the primary source for project-level data and reporting, creating dashboards, analyses, and recommendations to inform strategic decisions. Work with internal departments such as Deal Desk, Finance, Legal, Sales Strategy, and GTM Systems to implement enhancements that boost revenue and profitability for Enterprise clients. Establish project-level strategy and roadmap within function-wide initiatives, communicating progress, outcomes, and future actions to Sales Ops leadership and relevant stakeholders. Utilize AI to enhance efficiency, automate routine tasks, accelerate analysis, and deliver faster insights. Develop KPIs in coordination with your manager, monitor performance, and proactively address potential risks. Qualifications
1. 4-6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar analytical/operations role in a dynamic environment. 2. Proven ability to independently manage project-level tasks, including post-launch monitoring and addressing subsequent issues. 3. Exceptional written communication skills tailored to specific audiences, with the ability to present analyses and recommendations to senior leaders and address follow-up inquiries. 4. Proficiency in Salesforce.com and familiarity with the broader sales technology landscape. 5. Experience with Lead-to-Cash systems and business processes. 6. Strong analytical skills and comfort working with sales data, serving as the primary resource for project-level data sources and reporting. 7. Ability to reconcile diverse perspectives among stakeholders and achieve consensus on project decisions. 8. Excellent critical thinking skills to comprehend sales policies and processes at the company, team, and sales rep levels. 9. Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in business, finance, economics, or engineering.
