Senior Sales Manager
Job Description
Lead the commercial strategy for key retail accounts in the beauty sector as a Senior Sales Manager. Take full P&L responsibility for Walmart, Sam's Club, and Costco, overseeing revenue, margin performance, and promotional investments. Develop and execute long-term growth plans, negotiate assortment and pricing, and build strong retailer relationships to establish the company as a category leader. Analyze data to inform decisions and drive sales growth.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field or relevant experience. 2. 8-12 years of sales experience in consumer-packaged goods, preferably in beauty or personal care. 3. Proven experience managing large national retailers like Walmart, Sam’s Club, or Costco. 4. Demonstrated success driving revenue growth and category expansion within major retail accounts. 5. Experience managing account-level P&L, including promotional investment and trade spend optimization. 6. Strong experience leading line reviews, retailer presentations, and strategic account negotiations. 7. Advanced analytical skills to translate data into actionable business strategies. 8. Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills.
