Job Description

The Senior Revenue Operations Analyst role involves supporting annual planning by defining territories, coverage, and segmentation. It includes building reports on pipeline health, deal trends, and sales performance. Responsibilities include auditing and maintaining data integrity across Salesforce and related systems in partnership with Business Systems and Finance. The role manages day-to-day order management, including quote review and booking execution, ensuring compliance with internal policies. Collaboration with Sales to structure deals efficiently, managing deal desk requests, and proactively reporting for QBRs and forecast calls are also key components.

Qualifications

1. Requires 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Deal Desk in a SaaS or high-growth environment. 2. Must have proven ownership of end-to-end quote-to-cash processes, including deal structuring, pricing, and order management. 3. Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and reporting tools is essential. 4. Strong analytical skills are needed to translate data into actionable insights on pipeline and forecasting. 5. A solid understanding of SaaS metrics is required. 6. Experience partnering cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Customer Success is necessary. 7. Experience supporting annual planning is preferred. 8. Familiarity with Clari or similar forecasting tools is a plus.
