Senior Reporting & Analytics Consultant

Job Description

Initiate, lead, and support customers on managed services engagements, delivering financial analysis, project control, custom reporting, and analytical support. Gather and document requirements for custom reports using Excel and business intelligence tools. Develop, test, and document innovative solutions to meet customer needs. Serve as a key resource across Unanet on capabilities and functionality of BI/Analytics/Datalake offerings. Design and develop custom Analytics entities (dashboards, reports, visualizations) for customers, including via BI tools or Excel. Collaborate with the Technical Services Group to develop packaged offerings and customize them for customers. Support the customer throughout implementation to ensure successful adoption of Unanet and BI/Analytics solutions. Lead customer reporting training sessions. Proactively manage projects, ensuring they remain on schedule and within budget. Maintain established target utilization. Support multiple, concurrent implementations in an organized fashion. Continuously improve Professional Services processes and procedures. Contribute as a Unanet Subject Matter Expert to our Knowledge Center. Stay updated on new Unanet product features and functionality.

Qualifications

1. 5+ years of experience with advanced Excel functions (Array, Visual Basic for Applications, Power Query M Language). 2. Demonstrated proficiency in developing complex Excel workbooks using advanced functions and manipulating large data sets. 3. Proficiency in project planning and forecasting, GL budgeting, and standard Unanet reporting capabilities. 4. Strong proficiency in developing complex custom reporting solutions leveraging various business intelligence tools (Power BI, Cloud Data Warehouse, Exago). 5. Prior programming experience (Access, SQL, Impromptu). 6. Proficient in financial data analysis and project control techniques. 7. Prior ERP or financials software experience. 8. Familiarity with Indirect Cost Pools. 9. Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and client-facing skills. 10. Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to lead multiple concurrent projects. 11. Willingness to travel to client sites (up to 25%).
