We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to design and execute effective recruiting strategies. You'll refine job descriptions, conduct thorough job analyses, and source candidates through various platforms. Responsibilities include resume screening, conducting structured interviews, assessing candidate skills, and ensuring seamless onboarding. Monitor HR best practices, provide insightful recruiting reports, and cultivate strong candidate relationships. You will also champion our company as a top workplace.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's Degree 2. Minimum 1 year proven experience as a Recruiter (in-house or staffing agency) 3. Proficient in conducting various interview types (structured, competency-based) 4. Experienced with selection processes (video, phone interviews, reference checks) 5. Ability to manage skills assessment centers 6. Familiarity with HR databases 7. Knowledge of English (B2 level or higher) 8. Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach 9. High accuracy and attention to detail 10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 11. Team-working abilities 12. Solid decision-making skills
