Senior Quality Assurance Engineer – Test Automation

Job Description

As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer specializing in Test Automation, you'll design and implement automated test scripts for web, API, and system workflows. Build and improve test automation frameworks using Python, enhancing test coverage and efficiency. Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to define test scope and create test plans. Perform comprehensive testing, including planning, scripting, execution, debugging, and analysis. Analyze results, document defects, and communicate quality status using Jira. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, GitLab, or Jenkins. Research and apply new tools and approaches to enhance defect triage and test effectiveness, ensuring high-quality fintech solutions.

Qualifications

1. 8+ years in quality assurance and test automation for enterprise-scale platforms. 2. 6+ years developing automated test frameworks using Python, Java, or C#. 3. 6+ years using automation tools like Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, Tricentis Tosca, JMeter, or UFT. 4. 5+ years testing APIs (REST, JSON) and TCP/HTTP applications. 5. 4+ years integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins) and managing defects in Jira. 6. Experience with SDLC and Agile/Scrum practices. 7. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
