Senior Property and Casualty Insurance Advisor

Canada – Remote Full-Time

Job Description

Actively contribute to the profitable expansion of our property and casualty insurance business line. Serve as a reliable advisor to La Personnelle/The Personal’s business development teams. Lead stakeholders in strategic and innovative projects, offering key recommendations for project advancement. Monitor growth and profitability across various groups, developing recovery strategies for those underperforming. Support business partners in strategic project positioning, planning, and execution, enhancing team development through coaching.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, finance, or a related field. 2. Minimum of six years of relevant experience in actuarial services or finance. 3. Advanced proficiency in English and French. 4. Expertise in property and casualty insurance. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 6. Knowledge of artificial intelligence. 7. Knowledge of Power BI and Power Query tools.
