Senior Project Manager – Publications, Medical Writing

Job Description

Take charge of managing multiple publication projects, coordinating writers and authoring teams. Key responsibilities include: - Developing and actively managing project plans and timelines. - Monitoring deliverables, dependencies, and risks to ensure timely execution. - Coordinating journal manuscript submissions and revisions. - Overseeing congress abstract and poster development, submission, and follow-up. - Leading project status calls, scheduling meetings, and diligently tracking action items.

Qualifications

To excel in this Project Manager role, you'll need: 1. Proven experience in project management. 2. A strong understanding of publication project management. 3. Familiarity with Datavision and SharePoint platforms. 4. The ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. 5. Previous experience in client and stakeholder communication.
