Senior Project Manager – Marketing

Job Description

Lead the complete planning and implementation of new tool and feature rollouts across various phases. Establish and maintain a structured operational rhythm, including detailed agendas, action item tracking, decision logs, and project timelines. Actively manage RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), with proactive escalation protocols. Convert rollout strategies into explicit readiness benchmarks, go-live requirements, and detailed execution plans. Coordinate interdependent tasks across operations, tooling, governance, and enablement teams. Support and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), from planning to execution. Formulate and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption. Generate clear documentation for stakeholders, outlining changes, impacts, and scope. Maintain oversight of documentation governance, ensuring accuracy, version control, and a single source of truth. Create and update runbooks, FAQs, and process documents as functionalities evolve. Manage communication and enablement activities, including release notes, announcements, and training coordination. Facilitate feedback loops, incorporating insights for continuous improvements. Present comprehensive plans, status reports, and risk assessments to stakeholders and leadership.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. 8–10 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in marketing, operations, or product rollouts. 3. Proven experience leading end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives. 4. Strong experience managing operating rhythms, including plans, risks, dependencies, and decision tracking. 5. Hands-on experience with rollout planning, go-live readiness, and execution management. 6. Experience coordinating or supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes. 7. Demonstrated ability to drive change management and adoption for new tools or processes. 8. Strong documentation and communication skills, including creation of runbooks, release notes, and stakeholder updates. 9. Ability to work independently, proactively manage ambiguity, and drive execution. 10. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. 11.
