Senior Project Manager – Healthcare, German

Job Description

We're seeking a Senior Project Manager to spearhead consulting projects for our clients in the German statutory health insurance (GKV) sector. From initial strategy to final implementation, you'll take ownership of project scope, quality, budget, and resource allocation. Develop strategies and transformation concepts for organizations, processes, and business models, implementing solutions in regulated environments. Your role involves analyzing client needs, building lasting relationships with stakeholders, and supporting business development. Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams, including Business Analysts, IT professionals, architects, and domain experts.

Qualifications

1. Minimum of 5 years in consulting (IT or management) or within the GKV sector. 2. At least 3 years of experience with projects related to German statutory health insurance. 3. Strong understanding of the German GKV system. 4. Proven experience leading transformation projects, preferably digital. 5. Knowledge of healthcare IT solutions (e.g., ePA - electronic patient record). 6. Project Management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, IPMA, or equivalent). 7. Experience managing end-to-end projects and taking full ownership. 8. Strong leadership skills for developing and mentoring teams. 9. Fluency in German and good command of English.
