Senior Project Manager, eDiscovery Staffing

Job Description

As a Senior Project Manager, you will contribute to delivering tailored solutions for client needs by expertly managing client relationships and a dedicated Senior PM team. You will lead litigations and investigations, offering guidance as needed. Responsibilities include executing work within Spectra and Relativity, designing methods for data collection, legal holds, discovery, and document review, assisting in defining requirements and selecting technologies, ensuring clients are informed about Lighthouse's products and services, supporting team recruitment, and serving as a key resource for in-house legal teams across various departments.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree (Masters or JD a plus) 2. 5+ years of experience in a law department, law firm, or legal consulting firm/eDiscovery provider 3. High energy, collaborative team player, and self-starter 4. Experience providing legal advice on electronic discovery issues and the EDRM 5. Experience developing strategies for eDiscovery collections, processing, and productions 6. Experience interfacing with counsel regarding eDiscovery issues 7. Experience advising clients on records management and data governance 8. Experience working effectively within an eDiscovery team 9. Experience identifying opportunities for improvements and implementing solutions 10. Strong client empathy and organizational skills
