Senior Project Coordinator
Job Description
The Senior Project Coordinator will provide support for various divisional projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Prepare reports and conduct special projects as assigned, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards while adhering to time, quality, and budget constraints. 2. Report and track project progress to ensure commitments are met for Senior Management. 3. Develop competence through structured work assignments, using existing procedures to solve routine problems. 4. Serve as the primary point of contact with Sponsors and internal project teams. 5. Coordinate with internal teams to develop project deliverables. 6. Participate in internal project and client meetings, presenting information as needed. 7. Track project deliverables to monitor revenue recognition and invoicing. 8. Contribute to the design and preparation of project plans and timelines. 9. Monitor study deliverables and participate in study planning activities. 10. Support vendor relationships and identify the progress of data collection and reporting using relevant reports. 11. Manage projects according to the Scope of Work (SOW) and budget, ensuring projects adhere to UBC and Sponsor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications
Key Requirements: 1. Minimum Associate's Degree; Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience. 2. 1-2 years' experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry (including CRO). 3. A team player with the ability to work on multiple projects. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. 5. Knowledge of project management techniques and tools, including Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project). 6. Professional, organized, and detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy, self-motivation, and quality-driven approach. 7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and eagerness to learn about different health-related areas.
