Senior Program Manager – Product Marketing

Job Description

Drive significant impact by collaborating with leadership and colleagues across marketing and the broader organization. Play a key role in strategic marketing sessions, refining launch plans, messaging strategies, and marketing program specifications. Foster strong working relationships with marketing, product teams, and internal partners, achieving consensus in a dynamic environment. Oversee execution within the Product Marketing team through Asana, the project management tool. Review project deliverables through briefs and schedule meetings as required. Establish and maintain current project plans and editorial calendars, adapting as necessary. Identify needed resources, assign responsibilities, and manage team workload. Manage daily program operations, using weekly meetings to align. Collaborate with Program Directors to maintain an integrated view of global campaigns and an integrated roadmap. Provide regular status updates. Apply PMO methodology and implement standards. Assist in creating or updating presentations for executive reviews. Proactively identify and address risks, escalating issues to eliminate blockers. Ensure all project documents are complete and stored appropriately. Manage relationships with external vendors, contracts, and procurement. Provide project management for marketing projects. Support process improvements related to integrated planning and execution.

Qualifications

1. 5+ years of program management experience in integrated marketing at a SAAS company. 2. Strong leadership to guide teams in goal setting, roadmaps, and resource planning for complex programs. 3. Experience establishing relationships and knowledge of department operations including Product Marketing, Creative, Video, Demand Generation, Content Marketing, Customer Marketing, Corporate Communications and PR, Social Marketing, and Developer Relations. 4. Business acumen to make informed decisions. 5. Ability to improve efficiency through process analysis and implementation. 6. Self-starter with the ability to achieve goals despite competing priorities. 7. Expertise in program management fundamentals. 8. Excellent communication skills to provide context, analysis, and recommendations. 9. Experience in marketing enterprise technology with a B2B focus. 10. Experience with project management tools, especially Asana.
