Senior Program Manager

Job Description

Join our team as a Senior Program Manager and drive the execution of strategic technical initiatives across various departments. Collaborate with the CTO, Engineering, Data Science, and Product teams to prioritize technical efforts based on business impact, engineering effort, and risk assessment. Manage integrated program plans, identify blockers, and improve operating cadences. Provide stakeholders with clear visibility into roadmap progress and resource constraints. Partner with Engineering and Data Science to enhance execution quality and cross-functional collaboration. Prepare executive-ready updates to support leadership decision-making.

Qualifications

1. 8+ years of experience in technical program management or related roles. 2. Proven experience leading cross-functional technical programs. 3. Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and risk management. 4. Experience driving prioritization and resource planning. 5. Ability to influence decisions across technical and business teams. 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 7. Excellent communication skills. 8. Ability to thrive in collaborative environments.
