Job Description

Take the lead in comprehensive telecom/network transformation and consolidation initiatives. Chart the program's course, crafting strategy, roadmap, and governance frameworks. Bridge business needs with technical architecture, regulatory adherence, and smooth operations. Steer executive-level discussions and deliver insightful reports. Serve as the primary point of contact, offering guidance to top-tier stakeholders. Ensure transparent communication and realistic expectation management across the board. Effectively manage a range of technical, commercial, and regulatory elements. Supervise project delivery across data centers, cloud environments, security protocols, compliance measures, and infrastructure components. Guarantee projects stay within agreed scope, timelines, budget, and contractual obligations. Facilitate commercial negotiations and oversee change management processes. Proactively identify and mitigate potential strategic and operational risks. Uphold compliance with all contractual, regulatory, and security standards. Maintain full profit and loss responsibility for designated programs. Closely monitor financial performance, forecasting accuracy, and margin protection. Direct global, cross-functional teams, promoting accountability, ownership, and collaboration.

Qualifications

1. Possess 10-15+ years of experience in the telecom, carrier, or ICT sectors. 2. Demonstrate 3-5+ years of recent leadership in complex transformation programs on the vendor/system integrator/consultancy side. 3. Exhibit proven success managing large-scale network consolidation, cloud, data center, and security transformation projects. 4. Showcase experience in executive-level client engagement and governance. 5. Hold a strong foundation in strategic planning, risk management, and financial management. 6. Have experience managing global, hybrid teams across various time zones. 7. Demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder relationship skills. 8. PMP or equivalent certification is a plus. 9. Experience with enterprise project/program management tools is advantageous.
