Job Description

As a Senior Product Solution Engineer, you'll be the ultimate point of contact for resolving SEO issues across our digital platforms. Your expertise will be crucial in debugging intricate problems related to website crawlability and speed. You'll also diagnose issues impacting the visibility of our AI search platform content and take ownership of debugging and optimizing Google Business Profile integrations. By identifying recurring issues, you'll contribute to product enhancements and feature requests. Furthermore, you'll create essential documentation for SEO best practices and mentor junior PSEs and support engineers, fostering growth within the team.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. 2. 4-7+ years of experience in Technical Support, Solution Engineering, or SEO Engineering. 3. Strong knowledge of Technical SEO (indexing, crawling, rendering, schema). 4. Expertise in Website performance & Core Web Vitals. 5. Familiarity with Domain, DNS, SSL configurations. 6. Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4. 7. Proficiency in using SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.). 8. Working knowledge of APIs, databases, and frontend frameworks (Vue.js preferred). 9. Strong analytical and debugging skills. 10. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex SEO issues simply.
