Senior Product Owner – Cards

Job Description

Define and advance the product strategy within the Cards vertical. Assume full ownership of the product lifecycle. Demonstrate superior product judgment in decision-making. Lead the product triad (Tech, Design, Product). Strategically manage internal stakeholders. Measure and ensure tangible impact. Mentor and elevate the product team's capabilities.The Senior Product Owner is responsible for shaping the product strategy and overseeing its execution for card-related initiatives within the fintech sector.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or Process Engineering. 2. 8 years of recent experience as a Product Owner in card products (essential), within the Corporate Banking sector or top fintechs. 3. Mastery of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and solid fundamentals of UX/UI (not only as a manager but also as a design challenger). 4. Advanced English proficiency. We are looking for a Senior Product Owner with experience in product development for cards.
