Senior Product Marketing Manager
Job Description
Fairmarkit is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to shape the narrative and strategy for our autonomous sourcing platform. You will: * Establish clear positioning for our platform and supplier marketplace, targeting CPOs, procurement leaders, and finance stakeholders. Tailor messaging for both buyers and suppliers. * Build AI-powered product marketing workflows using LLMs and automation to create high-quality content and research, aligning with a fast-moving product organization. * Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategies for new features and launches, covering narrative, packaging, naming, pricing, and post-launch analysis. * Collaborate with Product to influence the roadmap using customer, market, and competitive insights, focusing on agentic AI use cases and procurement workflows. * Develop and maintain core messaging frameworks, battlecards, and objection-handling guides to enable Sales and Customer Success with training and deal support. * Work with Demand Gen, Brand, and ABM teams to develop integrated, product-led campaigns that enhance pipeline, win rates, and expansion in target accounts. * Own customer-facing assets, including decks, one-pagers, explainer pages, release notes, and in-app education for both buyers and suppliers, promoting adoption of new capabilities. * Conduct market, buyer, and competitive research on procurement technology and AI platforms to identify opportunities and differentiation. * Champion the voice of the customer, using feedback from procurement teams and suppliers to inform product strategy, messaging, and sales motions. * Define and track PMM success metrics, such as launch performance, feature adoption, content usage, and win rates, using data for iteration.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have: 1. 7+ years of B2B product marketing experience, focusing on enterprise SaaS and/or AI products. 2. Demonstrated success in building a PMM function with measurable results in positioning, adoption, and sales confidence. 3. Strong storytelling abilities to translate complex AI capabilities into clear narratives for stakeholders. 4. Excellent communication skills to present confidently and create executive-ready presentations. 5. Proficiency in using LLMs, automation, and AI tools for research, drafting, and competitive analysis. 6. Proven experience in enabling Sales and Customer Success with content and training in a high-velocity sales environment. 7. Analytical skills to use data for sizing opportunities and measuring GTM performance. 8. Operational sharpness to simplify workstreams and manage cross-functional projects. 9. Experience in procurement, supply chain, or financial operations is a plus, especially with tools like SAP Ariba or Coupa.
