Senior Product Marketing Manager, AI Apps
Job Description
Take charge of the Go-to-Market Strategy for AI Agents and Apps. Define and spearhead the GTM strategy for AI Agents and Vibe Apps throughout the customer journey, encompassing building, expanding, and managing their online business. Formulate a deliberate and insightful perspective on the necessary elements to construct and introduce to the market, enabling our customers to thrive online. Pinpoint impactful use cases that fuel adoption, engagement, and revenue amplification. Develop clear positioning and messaging that articulates the value of these AI offerings to SMB, Developers, and Mid-market clientele. Lead cross-functional launches for Agentic offerings, from beta to GA, ensuring a robust market entry and sustained adoption. Collaborate with Growth, Lifecycle, and Channel teams to propel acquisition, activation, and expansion across all market channels, including online carts and sales. Devise strategies to elevate usage and enhance customer retention through customer-centric experiences. Transform AI and Agentic Capabilities into Tangible Customer Value. Simplify intricate AI/ML concepts (e.g., generative AI, automation, and tasks) into compelling, easy-to-grasp benefits. Construct narratives that link agentic functionality to tangible business outcomes for SMBs (e.g., time savings, revenue growth, ease of use). Develop compelling narratives for both non-technical SMB audiences and developer audiences. Produce high-impact content, including product narratives, demos, use cases, and sales enablement materials. Collaborate with Content, PR, and Digital teams to showcase AI innovation stories in the market. Empower Sales, Support, and CS teams with the tools and training to effectively position agentic capabilities. Team up closely with Product, Engineering, and Data/AI teams to influence roadmap priorities based on market insights. Validate value propositions through customer feedback, usage data, and experimentation. Help define how AI elevates the end-to-end customer journey within Bluehost. Define and monitor success metrics across adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue impact. Utilize data and experimentation to consistently refine GTM strategies and messaging. Track the competitive landscape across our expanding peer group and new players in the broader market.
Qualifications
1. 8-10+ years of Product Marketing experience in SaaS, ideally within AI, data platforms, or technical products. 2. Experience launching AI/ML-powered products or features (Generative AI, automation, or data-driven applications). 3. Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-centric messaging. 4. Proven track record owning GTM strategy and driving measurable adoption and growth. 5. Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and GTM teams. 6. Strong understanding of customer needs, user behavior, and market dynamics. 7. Exceptional storytelling, communication, and content development skills. 8. Data-driven mindset with experience defining KPIs and measuring success. 9. Preferred experience: Experience in Agentic offerings (Agents, Apps, LLMs), web hosting, SMB business platforms, or digital presence platforms. 10. Familiarity with SMB or mid-market customer segments. 11. Background working with SMBs, developers and/or agencies. 12. MBA or advanced technical/business degree
