Job Description

Assume ownership of product decisions within the squad's current scope, wielding the authority and sound judgment necessary to propel progress forward. Prioritize and sequence the squad backlog on a weekly basis, carefully balancing impact, feasibility, and interdependencies. Craft lucid user stories, define success metrics, compose comprehensive product briefs, and generate detailed written specifications. Collaborate closely with design, engineering, data science, and fellow product team members to mold innovative solutions and accelerate effective execution. Orchestrate cross-squad dependencies and meticulously document all decisions. Represent the squad in pivotal operational ceremonies, encompassing weekly demonstrations, monthly progress reports, and quarterly planning/strategy evaluations. Enhance visibility into squad capabilities, pinpoint product gaps, and proactively address potential execution risks. Monitor product performance metrics and iteratively refine strategic direction based on concrete evidence, usage patterns, and user feedback.

Qualifications

1. Possess 5+ years of demonstrated experience in end-to-end product delivery, ideally within SaaS, platform, marketplace, or multi-product environments. 2. Exhibit strong product judgment and a capacity to simultaneously grasp both the overarching strategic vision and granular execution details. 3. Demonstrate comfort in making independent product decisions without the need for constant hierarchical escalation. 4. Showcase proven experience in owning and improving measurable product KPIs. 5. Possess excellent written communication skills, capable of transforming ambiguity into clear priorities, specifications, and decisions. 6. Exhibit strong cross-functional collaboration skills with engineering, design, data science, and commercial stakeholders. 7. Be a daily user of AI-augmented product workflows; familiarity with advanced AI tooling is strongly preferred. 8. Demonstrate reliability, autonomy, detail-orientation, and exceptional organizational skills. 9. Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills. 10. Be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
