Shape a compelling vision for Student Success, aligning with Panorama's goals. Explore AI's potential to enhance our product and improve student results. Accountable for product performance, collaborating with leaders to boost adoption, satisfaction, and impact. Drive impactful behavior change beyond basic feature delivery. Pinpoint where automation benefits educators. Work with Research & Data Science to ethically implement AI features like early warning systems. Advocate for fairness and data privacy. Collaborate with PMs for cohesive experiences centered on Student Success. Lead the team for focused, high-quality delivery tied to business outcomes. Tackle complex issues by defining problems thoroughly before crafting solutions. Enhance our reporting capabilities, shifting from static dashboards to proactive, intelligent systems. Partner with various departments to refine features, ensuring stakeholder alignment. Define and monitor product metrics, leveraging data and AI to gauge success and prioritize effectively.

Qualifications

1. 5+ years in product management, ideally in reporting, analytics, or K-12 edtech. 2. Proven experience owning product strategy and KPI-driven growth. 3. Strong empathy and discovery skills, translating needs into scalable strategies. 4. Deep understanding of educator challenges (K-12 edtech experience a plus). 5. Self-starter adept at problem-solving and clear communication. 6. Collaborative leader who can influence across functions. 7. Strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions. 8. Experience building AI-powered features. 9. Hands-on experience using AI tools and excitement about future advancements. 10. Skilled at stakeholder alignment and incorporating feedback.
