Senior Product Manager
Job Description
Lead product features within the Drug Information portfolio, from concept to adoption. Translate customer insights into product requirements and roadmaps. Prioritize product backlog with stakeholder transparency. Collaborate with product development for quality deliverables. Partner with Technology, Content, Commercial, and Clinical teams for product releases. Address customer support and enhancement requests. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for drug information systems. Engage with pharmacists and health IT customers to understand their needs. Stay updated on market trends and competitive dynamics. Support product vision aligned with Elsevier's objectives. Track adoption and customer value using data-driven insights. Work with Product Marketing for successful feature launches.
Qualifications
1. 6-8 years of experience in product management or healthcare technology. 2. Proven success delivering products users love in clinical or health system contexts. 3. Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills. 4. Familiarity with healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7, SNOMED, RxNorm, etc) and analytics tools/platforms. 5. Experience with product management tools including Jira and Aha! is a plus. 6. Prior use of Aha! Is a plus 7. Experience applying AI/ML or GAI to product management is a strong plus. 8. Bachelor’s degree required; advanced training or experience in informatics, health tech, or healthcare delivery preferred. Clinical background also a plus.
