Senior Product Manager – Payments

Job Description

Saipos is seeking a Senior Product Manager to spearhead the development and evolution of our payment products. This role involves directly shaping and optimizing payment processes, positioning them as a critical revenue driver for the company. Key responsibilities include: monitoring and analyzing payment metrics to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement, refining our acquiring strategy to boost payment capture across our ecosystem, designing and executing experiments to improve conversion and monetization across various platforms, pinpointing and mitigating friction within the payment process to elevate performance and transaction volume, and exploring avenues for new revenue streams. We're looking for a strategic thinker ready to innovate in the fintech space.

Qualifications

1. Demonstrated focus on financial outcomes, including revenue, margin, and transaction volume. 2. Experience with payment-centric products such as Pix, card payments, and acquiring processes. 3. Analytical capabilities to leverage data-driven decisions using key metrics. 4. Proven history of testing and scaling initiatives that yield significant business results. 5. Business acumen to navigate trade-offs between conversion, cost, and margin. 6. Proficiency in structuring problems, identifying opportunities, and prioritizing for maximum impact. 7. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. 8. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the ability to operate in short, iterative cycles. 9. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 10. At least 5 years of experience with digital products.
