Job Description

Craft a compelling product vision and mobile strategy to present to senior leadership, proactively aligning stakeholders and anticipating potential concerns. Independently spearhead sprint planning, scoping, and execution for the Mobile App. Prioritize the product roadmap based on tangible business value, opportunity sizing, and addressing critical user pain points. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in UX Design, Research, Lifecycle Management, and Platform Engineering to define seamless user journeys and implement personalized experiences and notifications for App users. Ensure alignment and minimize friction among Product, Design, Engineering, and Data Science teams. Translate intricate mobile requirements into clear, concise specifications that strike a balance between technical scalability and rapid delivery. Partner with Content Technology and Data Science teams to integrate cutting-edge AI and LLM-powered features directly into the mobile experience. Anticipate and mitigate potential risks, adapting plans as necessary to meet project deadlines, ensuring the delivery of high-quality product outcomes reliably and on schedule. Design and rigorously analyze sophisticated A/B tests to validate mobile features, optimize conversion rates, and inform long-term app development strategies. Collaborate with product analytics to generate insightful reports on key performance metrics for executive review.

Qualifications

1. Possess 6+ years of product management experience, demonstrating a track record of achieving measurable business results in mobile-first or app-centric environments. 2. Exhibit a solid grasp of mobile architecture, APIs, and technical considerations. Be comfortable engaging with engineers on complex implementation decisions. 3. Demonstrate the ability to independently tackle complex problems using structured frameworks and data-driven insights. 4. Adopt a customer-centric approach, adept at synthesizing user feedback and research into prioritized product requirements. 5. Demonstrate expertise in defining success metrics (KPIs), analyzing performance data, and leveraging quantitative/qualitative data to inform strategic decision-making. 6. Exhibit exceptional storytelling skills, with the ability to effectively tailor communication for both technical and non-technical audiences.
