Senior Product Manager

Job Description

Kalepa is seeking a Principal Product Manager with a strong technical background and over 7 years of experience to become a key leader within our Product team. This role involves defining strategy and driving the execution of major product initiatives for Kalepa's core platform. You'll collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and technical experts to realize Kalepa's product vision and maximize value for our users.

Qualifications

1. You should have more than 5 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years specifically in building Enterprise SaaS products. 2. You should apply first principles thinking to deconstruct complex user needs into clear, scalable workflows. 3. You should excel in leading cross-functional teams and effectively communicate workflows and user needs to stakeholders. 4. You should possess experience in collaborating closely with engineering teams within a fast-paced, agile environment, maintaining high standards for requirements quality and delivery. 5. You should be passionate about representing the customer's voice. A deep understanding of their problems and needs, with a constant pursuit of better solutions, is crucial. 6. You should leverage AI tools to enhance your productivity and drive product innovation, identifying opportunities to improve user experiences through intelligent features. 7. You should be data-driven, adept at integrating quantitative and qualitative insights to bring clarity, prioritize tasks, and foster alignment in ambiguous settings.
