Senior Product Manager
Job Description
Grafana Labs is looking for a Senior Product Manager to transform ideas and feedback into a compelling product vision and roadmap. This role requires empathizing with customer problems to gather user needs, requirements, and pain points. You will be responsible for curating and representing user feedback to the Engineering team, providing evidence to support tradeoffs and priorities. Collaborating closely with Product Marketing, you'll enable go-to-market strategies for product differentiation by creating presentations, documentation, website content, datasheets, and whitepapers. Your deep product expertise will guide decisions about go-to-market strategies, pricing, packaging, licensing, and tiering.
Qualifications
1. BS/BA in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience. 2. 7+ years of experience in Product Management. 3. 5+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS product. 4. Experience using or building developer-facing tools, APIs, or platform services. 5. Ability to discuss APIs, data models, schema evolution, and distributed systems concepts. 6. Experience driving adoption of shared services or platform capabilities across multiple product teams. 7. Experience working with Engineering and Design teams to build delightful products and features with sound UX in a fast-paced environment. 8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
