Senior Product Manager

Job Description

Take the lead in crafting the comprehensive product strategy for our comparative rater and binding processes. Manage the product from integrating with technical carriers to creating the final user interface. Define, monitor, and report on essential product KPIs. Make key prioritization decisions based on impact analysis, effort, and user feedback. Enhance user adoption of quoting and binding features to provide a seamless agent experience. Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams to transform business challenges into detailed technical requirements and refined features. Conduct agent-facing discovery, research, and ideation to guide the product roadmap. Work across time zones with internal teams and external partners to convert problem areas and requirements into product solutions. Assume ownership of a product poised for key growth, adapting to rapidly changing priorities. Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Support, and Sales teams.

Qualifications

1. 7+ years of product management experience, managing user-facing projects in B2B or B2C settings. 2. Proven experience working on cross-functional projects and ability to create a product vision and strategy. 3. Technical knowledge, with experience working with engineering, driving technical products, and working with APIs. 4. Strong UX skills and data analysis skills. 5. High ownership mindset, able to navigate ambiguity and push initiatives forward. 6. Fluent in English (C1) and Polish (C2). 7. Based in Poland, with flexibility to overlap with the US time zone (twice a week after 5 PM CET). 8. Preferred: SaaS and/or Fintech experience, Engineering or QA background, SQL knowledge, and startup experience.
