Senior Product Manager

Job Description

Assume product ownership within the ControlUp SaaS product suite. Conduct market and competitive research in the Digital Employee Experience sector to identify emerging trends and opportunities. Explore potential integrations with SaaS/Cloud vendors using publicly available APIs. Collaborate with ControlUp stakeholders to refine product strategy and roadmap. Develop detailed product requirements and specifications for new features. Collaborate closely with Dev and QA teams throughout the development process. Use data and customer feedback to inform product decisions and drive iterative improvements. Work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

Qualifications

1. Experience in product roles within IT companies. 2. Proven experience with IT operations solutions. 3. Strong technical knowledge of endpoint management and IT operations. 4. Experience in developing and executing product go-to-market strategies. 5. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Dev, QA, sales, and sales engineering teams. 6. Passion for product design and user experience (UX/UI). 7. Confident decision-making skills and ability to influence stakeholders. 8. Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. 9. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 10. Bachelor’s degree or higher. 11. Customer-focused mindset.
