Senior Product Manager

Job Description

Define and manage the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for VoC Surveys, balancing short-term execution with a 6 to 18-month strategic outlook. Identify opportunities to integrate VoC deeper into the Contentsquare platform, ensuring the product adds value as part of the complete journey intelligence story. Prioritize among competing goals, delivering full product increments rather than incomplete initiatives. Craft and communicate a compelling narrative for VoC's evolution to stakeholders and executives. Conduct customer and market research to understand user needs and competitive trends. Translate insights into a data-driven roadmap. Partner with design and engineering to drive discovery, validating hypotheses through research and experimentation. Champion an AI-first approach, embedding intelligent automation across survey creation and analysis. Identify opportunities to apply AI to surface patterns and predict sentiment. Partner with the Engineering Manager and team as part of the Product Trio. Collaborate with product teams to drive synergy. Build relationships with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to ensure the product meets market needs. Define product KPIs and success metrics; own performance tracking to inform decisions. Monitor product health and prioritize improvements for customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

1. 5+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment, owning and scaling a product area end-to-end. 2. Strong customer and market research skills, synthesizing inputs into product strategy. 3. Experience building AI-powered products, with curiosity about AI's impact on user experiences. 4. Proven roadmap ownership, prioritizing across stakeholder needs. 5. Comfort with data-driven decision making, tracking performance, and using analytics. 6. Understanding of UX and data dimensions, partnering effectively with designers and engineers. 7. Strong collaboration skills, working closely with cross-functional teams. 8. Excellent English communication skills, articulating complex ideas. 9. Experience working with remote and international teams.
