Senior Product Management Specialist – Travel
Job Description
Join Crum & Forster as a Senior Product Management Specialist, driving the creation and maintenance of innovative travel insurance products. You will be involved in: 1. Accurate and timely set up of new products using underwriter and account guidelines. 2. Creating, revising, and reviewing plan documents and other related policy forms. 3. Employing structured problem-solving to identify root causes and effective corrective measures. 4. Supporting the complete product and document lifecycle from set-up through testing to delivery. 5. Collaborating with QA and Development teams on product testing, bug reporting, and change requests. 6. Adhering to written risk and compliance policies for all business activities. 7. Serving as a vertical lead champion, communicating project updates to the broader group and business leaders. 8. Conducting product compliance reviews of marketing materials and websites. 9. Maintaining knowledge of current state laws and regulatory environments for assigned states. 10. Formulating responses to member inquiries escalated by Customer Service and Claims teams. 11. Continuously updating product and job knowledge. 12. Performing other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you'll need: 1. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. At least 3 years of relevant experience with state filings. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and the Microsoft Office Suite. 4. Experience with policy form development and editing (preferred). 5. Understanding of product-related compliance, regulatory, and risk requirements (preferred). 6. Knowledge of Salesforce (preferred).
