Senior Product Engineer

Job Description

As a Senior Product Engineer, you will be an integral part of TradeLink, contributing to product development across both backend (Ruby on Rails) and frontend (React). Design and implement AI functionalities, addressing real user needs. Take ownership of features from initial concept to deployment, continuously refining and improving system architecture for better scalability and maintenance. Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to tackle complex logistics challenges. Your contributions will directly influence technical decisions and roadmap planning, as well as supporting and enabling fellow engineers.

Qualifications

1. Strong full-stack engineering skills, particularly with Ruby on Rails and React. 2. Demonstrated ability to deliver end-to-end features with a high degree of ownership. 3. A pragmatic mindset, balancing speed and quality in your work. 4. Experience with modern AI tools such as Cursor, Codex, or Claude Code. 5. Solid problem-solving skills, comfortable working with ambiguity. 6. A product-focused approach with a strong emphasis on delivering user value. 7. Fluency in English. 8. Nice to have: Experience in B2B SaaS environments. 9. Nice to have: Experience with customer integration projects. 10. Nice to have: A background in the logistics industry. 11. Nice to have: German language proficiency.
