Senior Product Designer

Job Description

Skydropx is seeking a Senior Product Designer to craft and deliver top-tier solutions for intricate products, harmonizing with business objectives and user experience. This role involves autonomous project execution, making informed design choices effectively. You'll be expected to challenge briefs and propose enhancements to optimize product solutions and impact. Collaboration with Product Managers, developers, and fellow designers is key throughout the design process. Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of the Design System, ensuring the application of sound technical and design practices in every deliverable. Active participation in discovery, validation, and user research processes is essential, along with incorporating research insights and feedback into design iterations. Promote consistency, quality, and a user-centric approach in all solutions.

Qualifications

1. Requires 4+ years of experience designing digital products. 2. Must have a portfolio showcasing a clear design process (sketches, flows, prototypes, interfaces). 3. Experience with Mobile First and responsive design is essential. 4. Advanced proficiency in Figma and Design Systems is necessary. 5. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and UX Research is expected. 6. Proven experience in user testing and familiarity with frameworks like Design Thinking. 7. Ability to prioritize and manage projects of varying complexity. 8. Must be open to feedback and continuous iteration. 9. Key technical skills in UI/UX, wireframes, flows, interaction, and architecture are required. 10. Proficiency in prototyping, responsive design, and design systems. 11. Functional understanding of user testing and research. 12. Desirable: Knowledge in AI, identifying AI opportunities in product, understanding the limits/capabilities of generative models, and designing user-centered AI experiences. Familiarity with tools like Figma Make, Lovable, UX Pilot, etc., and ethical awareness regarding biases and privacy. Collaboration with Data teams is a plus. 13.
