Senior Product Designer, Member App

Job Description

Join our team as a Senior Product Designer and take ownership of the member app experience from end to end. Drive the evolution of flows, interfaces, interaction models, and the visual design system. Rapidly iterate from initial concept to functional prototype. Conduct user research to gain insights into member interactions and needs. Collaborate with clinicians and care coordinators to create seamless user experiences. Balance user needs, clinical considerations, and business objectives to deliver optimal design solutions.

Qualifications

1. Experienced designer with a proven track record of owning consumer products from start to finish. 2. Proficient in modern design tools, including AI-assisted design technologies. 3. Demonstrated ability to conduct research and translate findings into actionable design decisions. 4. Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and developing innovative design solutions. 5. Excellent written communication skills. 6. Bonus: Experience designing tools for clinicians or familiarity with EMR systems.
