Senior Product Designer

Job Description

Lead the design process holistically, integrating product solutions with a strategic, service-oriented perspective. Align user needs with business objectives, leveraging design as a tool for growth and retention. Actively contribute to the maintenance and evolution of our Design System, ensuring consistency at scale. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineering, and stakeholders to deliver viable and innovative solutions. Develop user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces using Figma and Miro. Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions, conducting usability testing, A/B tests, and behavioral analysis. Establish processes, workflows, and patterns that guide the team and ensure delivery quality.

Qualifications

1. Experience with Design Thinking and user research/analysis methods. 2. Strong command of Information Architecture and prototyping tools. 3. Familiarity with analytics tools such as Clarity and Google Analytics. 4. Experience with agile methodologies. 5. Previous experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or hosting markets. 6. Basic front-end knowledge and an understanding of web components.
