Senior Product Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with over 5 years of experience in SaaS. As part of cross-functional teams, you'll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers. Your decisions will be based on both qualitative and quantitative data. Having experience with AI design tools is essential.

Qualifications

1. Possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience. Having 1+ years in building and maintaining design systems is a bonus. 2. Demonstrate expertise in all design process phases, including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing. 3. Provide a broad portfolio showcasing design skills across various phases and a strong understanding of client objectives. 4. Exhibit proven visual design skills, valuing the craft and quality of user experience (hierarchy, layout, interactions, etc.). 5. Have familiarity with Vibe-designing and AI tools for design. 6. Demonstrate experience contributing to multiple high-impact projects and the ability to work independently. 7. Possess an intuitive understanding of user, customer, and business needs beyond the obvious. 8. Pay excellent attention to detail. 9. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members. 10. Collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback. 11. Communicate and persuade effectively around design concepts. 12. Display a passion for design, a drive to improve, and dissatisfaction with the status quo. 13. Exhibit creative problem-solving skills. 14. Possess a dynamic and creative personality, capable of engaging and influencing diverse audiences. 15. Assist junior designers, PMs, and product engineers as needed. 16. Recommend new tools and technologies by staying updated with the latest trends and techniques.
