Senior Product Designer

Job Description

Seeking a Senior Product Designer to craft intuitive digital experiences for Genworth. Responsibilities include designing information architectures, user flows, and interactive prototypes. Develop high-fidelity mockups aligned with brand and accessibility standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct user testing, and stay updated on UI/UX trends to drive impactful designs.

Qualifications

1. Extensive experience as a strategic UI/UX Designer in developing successful digital products for web, mobile, and tablets. 2. Proven ability to clarify ambiguous work streams, align teams, and deliver scalable design solutions. 3. Comprehensive skills in user research, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design. 4. Strong understanding of outcome-centered design principles and methodologies. 5. Hands-on experience with design and prototyping tools like Figma. 6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate design decisions effectively. 7. A robust portfolio showcasing UI/UX design expertise across web, mobile, and tablet platforms. 8. Familiarity with user testing platforms and analytics tools. 9. Experience with agile/lean methodologies. 10. Solid knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines. 11. (Nice to have) Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment. 12. (Nice to have) Experience in scaling design from startup to enterprise. 13. (Nice to have) Understanding of front-end engineering and design systems. 14. Bachelor's degree in design/fine arts, Psychology, Communication, Interaction Design, English, Computer Science, or related field. 15. Highly collaborative and results-driven team player.
