Qualifications

1. Experience in AI-assisted workflows such as review, summarization, and guidance is essential. 2. Active incorporation of AI tools in daily design tasks, from initial research to iterative prototyping, is expected. 3. Must be capable of independently managing complex, ambiguous projects with minimal guidance. 4. Demonstrated ability to think systematically, considering the impact on various workflows, user personas, and interconnected product areas.
