Join Tala as a Senior Product Analyst and play a pivotal role in shaping our product direction. Collaborate with Product Managers to define priorities through structured problem-solving and opportunity assessment. Drive comprehensive analytical explorations, formulating key questions, shaping hypotheses, performing in-depth root-cause analysis, and identifying secondary impacts. Deliver impactful, narrative-driven analyses that guide product decisions beyond simple reporting. Own the product domain's metric hierarchy, from north-star to diagnostic metrics. Design tracking and instrumentation plans, ensuring correct implementation with engineering teams. Implement automated alerts and monitoring to detect health issues and behavior shifts in real time. Lead the design, execution, and interpretation of experiments, translating outcomes into actionable recommendations for stakeholders. Mentor junior analysts, promote best practices, and ensure a well-documented analytical environment.

Qualifications

1. 4-6 years of experience in product analytics, data science, or growth analytics. 2. Proven ability to influence product roadmaps with data-driven insights. 3. Experience in fast-paced experimentation environments. 4. Expertise in SQL and cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake). 5. Strong skills in experimental design and statistical analysis. 6. Familiarity with event-based instrumentation and telemetry platforms. 7. Competence with data visualization tools and dashboards. 8. Strong product intuition and analytical problem solving skills. 9. Ability to communicate complex insights with clarity. 10. Experience with in-depth analysis of systems, logs, metrics, and data models. 11.
