Senior Principal, Sales Solutions – Healthcare
Job Description
As a Senior Principal Sales Solutions expert, you will spearhead the strategy and solution development for complex healthcare IT, claims, and managed care opportunities. Lead end-to-end solution architecture across healthcare claims processing, eligibility, provider systems, care management, and integrated healthcare platforms. You will own financial cost modeling, develop scenario models for deal strategy, and maintain advanced Excel-based healthcare cost and pricing models. You will also ensure solutions align with healthcare regulations, partner with sales and product teams, and establish relationships with executive healthcare stakeholders. Furthermore, you will present solution approaches and mentor junior staff.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; preferably in business, healthcare administration, finance, or IT. 2. 15+ years in healthcare solutions, healthcare IT, claims, or managed care. 3. Direct experience supporting healthcare claims platforms or payer systems. 4. Demonstrated leadership in financial modeling and pricing for healthcare IT. 5. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
