Job Description
Serve as a seasoned advisor to leadership teams, strategically aligning talent initiatives with business objectives to accelerate organizational performance and transformation. Translate business imperatives into actionable and scalable talent programs, building capabilities and bolstering organizational well-being. Proactively identify talent and workforce challenges through continuous environmental scanning, internal assessments, and robust business partnerships. Spearhead intricate organizational design projects across business units, providing expert guidance on structure, role clarity, reporting hierarchies, and change management strategies. Pinpoint avenues to optimize team effectiveness, streamline decision-making processes, and foster seamless cross-functional collaboration. Collaborate on workforce planning endeavors to ensure optimal talent allocation at the opportune moments. Mentor and guide senior leaders and managers through periods of transition, leadership shifts, and team evolution. Facilitate comprehensive talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives across various functions. Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, integrating feedback mechanisms, recognition programs, and professional development opportunities into daily leadership practices. Offer data-backed recommendations to shape decisions regarding organizational design, talent deployment, and strategic priorities. Work closely with analytics teams to maintain data integrity and leverage insights for thorough root cause analysis and informed decision-making. Champion strategic people analytics projects to amplify business impact. Act as a high-level point of escalation for intricate and sensitive employee relations matters, ensuring fair and legally compliant resolutions. Uphold a climate of trust, accountability, and mutual respect through leadership coaching and systemic interventions. Team up with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver holistic solutions. Mentor and cultivate junior HR professionals, exemplifying best practices and advancing the HR function. Contribute to the enhancement of HR practices and initiatives.
Qualifications
1. Hold a bachelor's degree complemented by 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with 5+ years in a People Business Partner or Senior HRBP role. 2. Proven track record of partnering with senior leadership to drive transformation, talent strategy, and organization design. 3. Demonstrated success in complex, matrixed environments with enterprise-wide scope and ambiguity. 4. Strong business acumen and understanding of company financials, operations, customers, and market trends. 5. High emotional intelligence, integrity, and ability to handle confidential, sensitive issues with sound judgment. 6. Strong executive presence and ability to influence, coach, and advise at the senior level. 7. Bonus Point/Preferred Qualifications: Experience in healthcare and/or technology sectors. Advanced HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR). Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or Organizational Development. Experience with mergers, acquisitions, or large-scale restructuring. Familiarity with modern HRIS and analytics tools.
