Job Description

Drive partner channel growth by expanding relationships with key partners, enhancing targeting, and collaborating on seamless consumer experiences. Position Achieve with influencers, delivering content, and analyzing performance metrics to improve partnership programs. Develop partnership structures and advocate for partner needs internally. Collaborate with Business Development to support new partnership opportunities and establish consistent engagement.

Qualifications

1. 8+ years in consumer marketing and partnerships, preferably with financial products. 2. Proven success in growing businesses through partnerships and marketing channel optimization. 3. Expertise in partner and account management for strategic engagement. 4. Ability to use analyses to drive growth and optimize campaigns. 5. Strong business acumen, project management, leadership, and communication skills. 6. Highly organized with effective prioritization and results delivery. 7. Collaborative mindset with the ability to lead via influence. 8. Curiosity, creative problem-solving skills, and a desire for continuous improvement.
