Job Description

As a Senior Partner Specialist, you will: * Develop and maintain a robust partner pipeline through proactive prospecting, responsive inbound lead management, and strategic account targeting. * Identify, onboard, and secure partners, including agencies, consultancies, and systems integrators, that align with HubSpot's objectives. * Evaluate partner suitability based on business models, growth strategies, service capabilities, and market entry approaches. * Construct and present compelling business cases demonstrating the long-term revenue and growth opportunities available with HubSpot. * Guide partners through a well-defined acquisition process, encompassing discovery, stakeholder alignment, negotiation, and closure. * Facilitate successful onboarding by establishing clear expectations and providing support to ensure early progress toward activation. * Encourage partner activation by facilitating initial deals, generating sourced monthly recurring revenue (MRR), and promoting repeatable sales practices. * Engage in cross-functional collaboration to guarantee seamless transitions from recruitment through onboarding and initial growth phases.

Qualifications

To succeed as a Senior Partner Specialist, you need: 1. 3+ years of quota-driven SaaS sales experience with a history of exceeding targets. 2. Experience in partner, channel, or strategic sales involving multi-stakeholder deal cycles. 3. Aptitude for assessing business viability, including partner models, service offerings, and growth potential. 4. Proficiency in prospecting and building a pipeline from the ground up. 5. Strong commercial acumen to develop value-driven business cases. 6. Excellent communication skills for engaging with senior stakeholders, including business owners and executives. 7. Ability to manage pipeline, forecasting, and CRM hygiene with operational discipline.
