We're seeking a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to spearhead global partner marketing efforts at SugarAI. You will develop and implement extensive partner marketing strategies in line with the company's expansion goals. You'll pinpoint impactful co-marketing prospects with key allies, aligning partner projects with product introductions and campaign objectives. You'll also manage collaborative demand generation initiatives, monitor partner-influenced sales funnels, and optimize marketing expenditure for maximum return. Your responsibilities include creating essential marketing resources, improving partner communication and adoption, and aligning with various internal teams. You'll track key performance indicators, deliver thorough reports, and maintain consistent brand representation.

Qualifications

1. 10-12 years in B2B SaaS or enterprise software marketing with partner ecosystem experience. 2. Ability to create scalable partner marketing strategies from business objectives. 3. Strong relationship-building skills with internal teams and external partners. 4. Proven success driving pipeline through integrated, multi-channel marketing programs. 5. Data-driven decision-making with marketing analytics and ROI measurement experience. 6. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple complex programs. 7. Exceptional written and verbal communication, including executive-level presentations. 8. Cross-functional collaboration and influence skills. 9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.
