Senior Partner Manager
Job Description
As a Senior Partner Manager, you'll manage and expand a portfolio of valuable partnerships to boost partner-driven and influenced sales pipelines, contributing to overall team goals. Forge strong connections with partners at all levels, identifying opportunities to deepen engagement over time. Develop and implement collaborative business plans and go-to-market strategies. Drive pipeline growth through referrals, joint projects, and partner activation. Oversee partner performance, including pipeline contribution and engagement. Participate in deal cycles, ensuring coordination to advance opportunities. Recruit and onboard new partners aligned with Virtuous' ideal profile. Lead enablement efforts and conduct regular business reviews to track progress and ensure accountability. Serve as the cross-functional lead for partner initiatives, aligning teams to maximize partner impact. Ensure consistent communication with partners and bring market insights back into the organization.
Qualifications
1. Requires 5+ years of experience in SaaS partnerships, sales, or a related field, preferably with nonprofit tech experience. 2. Demonstrated ability to drive business impact through partnerships, including generating pipeline and involvement in deals. 3. Experience in driving partner-sourced or influenced pipeline through referral programs or other partner-driven initiatives. 4. Comprehensive cross-functional expertise across the sales lifecycle, with a proven capability to align Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to boost partner-sourced revenue. 5. Proven experience in managing partners across their entire lifecycle, from recruitment to enablement and growth. 6. Proficiency in leading partner business reviews and holding teams accountable against established performance metrics. 7. Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to execute plans and achieve measurable results. 8. Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities. 9. Able to operate autonomously, effectively prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting. 10. Bonus points for experience working with agencies, system integrators, or SaaS ecosystems. 11. A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is preferred. 12. Willingness to travel as needed.
