Senior Partner Account Manager
Job Description
UiPath is seeking a Partner Account Manager to cultivate and expand business relationships with partners in Indonesia. Manage the partner ecosystem, including global consulting firms, local system integrators, and distributors. Focus on strategic partners and incubation partners. Collaborate with the regional partner team and in-country sales leadership. Drive growth through partner competencies and capabilities. Influence partners' enterprise automation practice, solution development, and marketing plans. Coordinate with internal teams, including direct sales, pre-sales, and customer success. Align partners' GTM strategy with the country partner and sales strategy and prioritize investments for maximum business impact. Ensure successful strategy execution for accelerated growth.
Qualifications
1. 10+ years of experience in Partner and/or Sales Management at the enterprise level in the software/SaaS industry. 2. Proven track record in building and managing strategic partners in the local market. 3. Deep hands-on experience in working with partners on building practice, developing solutions, ramping up certified partner resources, & executing partner marketing plans. 4. Demonstrated abilities to work with strategic partners to win key accounts, generate pipelines, expand geographical coverage, and penetrate key verticals. 5. Willing to move fast and set bold ambition, and yet humble to listen and learn while being 100% immersed and focused on the role. 6. Passion and creativity to build and make an enterprise automation market with strategic partners. 7. Ability to excel in a highly matrix organization, strong collaboration skills. 8. Highly trusted individual who maintains and expects high standards for self and others 9. Takes initiative, and is a self-starter, resilient, comfortable with constant change and ambiguity. 10. Strategic thinker, who is also execution-oriented; ideally has experience driving cross-functional programs or processes. 11. Effective at building relationships (internally and with partners), collaborating, and influencing others; experience working with senior executives/partners in cross-company projects. 12. Strong communication skills in the local language and English, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing, comfort in business and technical discussions.
