Job Description

Spearhead comprehensive acquisition strategies with a laser focus on business impact. Manage and refine campaigns. Implement, track, and enhance campaigns on digital acquisition platforms. Monitor performance rigorously and propose data-driven improvements. Analyze metrics and outcomes to pinpoint optimization opportunities. Maintain clear communication with internal teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

1. Minimum of 3-4 years' experience in Paid Media and digital acquisition. 2. Solid operational proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads. 3. Demonstrated experience optimizing campaigns and making data-informed decisions. 4. Familiarity with TikTok Ads is desirable but not mandatory. 5. Experience working across diverse technological verticals and multiple business types. 6. Prior agency experience is valued but not a prerequisite. 7. Analytical aptitude and results-oriented mindset. 8. B2 English proficiency is preferred.
