Senior Paid Marketing Manager, Sponsorships
Job Description
Manage demand generation and sponsorship initiatives with publishers, excluding paid social and search channels, focusing on newsletters, advertorials, podcasts, OOH display, and CTV. Identify and assess new ad placements, publishers, and categories for Deel. Manage campaign budgets, analyze programs, and report on KPIs. Track media buys and communicate insights with regional teams. Develop campaign management processes and serve as the expert on sponsorship opportunities. Collaborate with local marketing to identify trends and relevant sites. Keep the team updated on trends and performance to drive growth.
Qualifications
1. 5+ years in sponsorship management with publishers (B2B/SaaS preferred). 2. Strong knowledge of buying models (reach, CPM, CPL, CPC) and performance objectives (CPSQO, ROAS). 3. Proven agility in managing projects end-to-end with multiple stakeholders. 4. Creative and analytical mindset for testing and measuring outcomes. 5. Data-driven, comfortable with dashboards and analytics tools, including AI for automation. 6. Networking and collaboration skills to improve processes. 7. Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. 8. Proficiency in English.
