Senior Oracle HCM, ADP Payroll Integration Consultant - Freelance

Job Description

Seeking a Senior Technical Integration Consultant for a global initiative, focusing on Oracle HCM to ADP payroll outsourcing. Key responsibilities include supporting the project lifecycle from kickoff to hypercare, adapting Oracle HCM standard connectors for ADP to meet local payroll needs, and designing custom integrations where necessary. The role involves defining data mappings, working with Oracle HCM Extracts, HDL, BI Publisher, APIs, OIC, and coordinating with various stakeholders to resolve integration defects and ensure data quality. This also includes preparing technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials.

Qualifications

1. Extensive experience as a technical consultant within Oracle HCM Cloud environments. 2. Demonstrated expertise in Oracle HCM integrations, particularly in global payroll transformation or outsourcing projects. 3. Solid experience integrating Oracle HCM with external payroll systems. 4. Familiarity with ADP GlobalView, ADP Celergo, or similar ADP payroll solutions. 5. Comprehensive understanding of payroll-related HR master data, compensation details, organizational structures, employee lifecycle events, and country-specific payroll mandates. 6. Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM integration technologies like HCM Extracts, HDL / HSDL, BI Publisher, REST / SOAP APIs, and Oracle Integration Cloud / OIC. 7. Ability to translate global and local payroll needs into scalable integration strategies. 8. Proven track record in complex international deployments involving multiple countries. 9. Excellent analytical capabilities in data mapping, interface design, defect analysis, and problem-solving. 10. Experience collaborating with payroll vendors, implementation partners, and geographically diverse teams. 11. Strong stakeholder management skills involving HR, payroll, IT, vendors, and local country teams. 12. Independent worker comfortable in a dynamic project setting with strict deadlines. 13. Fluent in both spoken and written English.
