Senior Operations Engineer – DeFi Infrastructure

Job Description

We're seeking a Senior Operations Engineer to ensure the reliability, security, and observability of our DeFi operations infrastructure. The ideal candidate will focus on production systems, including vaults and monitoring across Ethereum and L2 ecosystems. Responsibilities include: - Security automation and transaction policy controls. - Automation reliability, testing, and failure handling. - Monitoring and alerting systems for multi-chain operations. - Building and maintaining production-grade DeFi operational infrastructure. - Ensuring wallet security, vault operations, and transaction validation.

Qualifications

1. 5+ years of experience in software engineering. 2. 3+ years of experience in DeFi/Web3 operations. 3. Experience operating multisigs, vaults, or on-chain treasury systems. 4. Strong experience with Safe (Gnosis Safe) SDK and transaction flows. 5. Security tooling integration experience (Hypernative, Blockaid, Forta, etc.). 6. Strong testing and automation engineering background.
